Steve Thomas, President of Stephen Thomas Homes, has been an active member of the building community since 1979, is a past president of the Home Building Association of Richmond, and has been recognized a number of times for his leadership, including the Ernest E. Mayo Award given to the outstanding member of the year of HBAR. Steve’s first-hand knowledge of the building industry and involvement with HBAR, the Home Builders Association of Virginia, and the National Association of Home builders combine to establish his credentials as an experienced and quality home builder with the resources to make your homebuilding/renovations experience an enjoyable one. The Stephen Thomas Homes team proudly claims more than twenty Parade of Homes awards for excellence.
